2. General: pallor, fatigue
3. Head, eyes, ears, nose, and throat: dental abnormalities (tenderness, amalgams, inflammation), tongue (pallor, white fur, lateral scalloping), thyroid nodularity, thyromegaly, cervical lymph node swelling
4. Cardiac: increased heart rate
5. Pulmonary: wheezing, cough
